David Rescott

David Rescott is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director and Senior Research Analyst at Baird since April 2023, with a focus on medical technology. Previously, David worked at Truist Securities from October 2019 to April 2023, first as a Vice President covering equity research for medical supplies and devices, particularly in cardiology, neuromodulation, and neurology, and as an Equity Research Associate specializing in US medical devices and services. Earlier experience includes a Senior Equity Research Associate role at Canaccord Genuity in the field of biomedical devices and services, as well as a Valuation Associate position at Alvarez & Marsal. David holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, with prior education at Auburn High School.
