David Smalling

David Smalling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Director at Baird since December 2014, Smalling has held significant positions including Vice President at RBC Capital Markets from February 2008 to December 2014, Consultant at The PFM Group from July 2005 to February 2008, and Financial Analyst at The Municipal Advisory Council of Texas from January 2004 to July 2005. David Smalling holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained between 1999 and 2003, and completed primary and secondary education at Allen Academy from 1986 to 1999.
