Derek Brewer

Derek Brewer is a Technology Solutions Product Manager and Vice President at Baird, where they manage the Fixed Income Capital Markets technology needs in support of the business. They collaborate with various business units and external vendors to drive IT projects, software, hardware, and technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration while focusing on productivity and efficiency. Previously, Derek held roles as an Information Technology Specialist at Lockridge Grindal Nauen, and as an Information Technology Analyst II at Foley & Lardner LLP. Derek began their career at Baird as a Service Desk Technician and later advanced to Service Desk Specialist before assuming their current leadership position. They earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Inver Hills Community College.
