James Walters

James Walters is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in security and systems administration. Currently serving as a Security Analyst and previously a Platform Analyst at Baird since October 2019, James has extensive experience in enterprise management and security. At Hilliard Lyons, a Baird Company, from December 2008 to January 2021, James held the role of Sr. Client Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included managing workstations and administrative functions using IBM BigFix and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Operations Analyst at Ceridian from July 2006 to December 2008, where monitoring services for networks and devices were configured, as well as a Baseline Developer at Lockheed Martin from October 2001 to July 2006, overseeing the operating environment for Army recruiters while adhering to security standards.
