Jennifer Grayson

Jennifer Grayson serves as the Head of US Sales and Chief Operating Officer for Equities at Baird, where a career spanning over a decade has included various leadership roles such as Head of Global Corporate Access and Co-Head of Global Corporate Access. Prior to Baird, Jennifer gained experience as a Sales Manager with the Milwaukee Bucks and held positions at The Journal Broadcast Group, The Waterstone Group, and Wells Fargo Financial, focusing on sales and client relations. Academically, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where participation as a scholarship athlete in softball showcased commitment and teamwork.
