Joseph Thompson, MBA, has extensive experience in operations management and financial leadership within the financial services industry. At Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Joseph served as Vice President and Operations Manager, overseeing accounting and financial management operations, as well as leading a team of 12 personnel. Subsequently, at Baird, Joseph held multiple roles, including Branch Administrative Manager and Branch Manager, where responsibilities included driving branch growth and enhancing client service. Earlier in the career at Merrill Lynch, Joseph worked as Compliance Analyst and ultimately as Vice President and Business Administrative Manager, managing operations across eleven offices and coordinating administrative staff activities.
