Lee Jansen has over two decades of experience in trading operations and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Trading Operations at Baird since April 2005, Lee has held multiple titles, advancing from Trading Systems Analyst to Senior Manager. Prior to joining Baird, Lee worked at BMO Harris Bank as a Trust Associate III from December 1999 to April 2005. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1995 and 1999.
