Mark Donnelly

Mark Donnelly is a Partner at Baird. Prior to joining Baird, Mark was the Managing Director at Runway Growth Capital from October 2017 to April 2022. Mark focused on making loans between $10-75+ million to two categories of fast-growing, entrepreneurial companies looking for growth capital: venture-backed ("Sponsored") companies beyond their Series B round, and non-venture-backed ("Non-Sponsored" - often bootstrapped or family owned) companies generating $10 million or more of revenue that will use our capital to continue to grow revenue, market share and/or profitability.

From January 2016 to October 2017, Mark was a Board Observer at ParkWhiz. From August 2014 to October 2017, Mark was a Board Member at InContext Solutions. From May 2014 to October 2017, Mark was a Board Member at Montage | Video Interviewing. From May 2014 to August 2017, Mark was a Board Observer at Ranir LLC. From January 2014 to September 2017, Mark was a Board Member at UICO, LLC. From June 2013 to October 2017, Mark was Principal at Beringea Limited. From July 2011 to May 2013, Mark was Senior Associate at The Riverside Company.

Mark Donnelly attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a BSE in Industrial/Operations Engineering and Economics. Mark then attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Economics. Finally, they attended ESSEC Business School as part of an exchange program.
