Mark Marcon

Mark Marcon, CFA, is a seasoned Senior Equity Research Analyst and Managing Director at Robert W. Baird, where since March 2005, Mark has focused on the human capital solutions sector, providing in-depth analysis of 19 companies across various subsectors including staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Senior Equity Analyst and Director at Wachovia from 1998 to 2005, leading a team that covered over twenty companies in the human capital space. Mark initiated coverage of the human capital sector at Cleary Gull Inc. from 1994 to 1998 and began a career in client services as a Senior Account Supervisor at Leo Burnett from 1989 to 1994. Mark also has military experience as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1984 to 1987. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
