Max Molinsky

Max Molinsky is a financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and debt advisory. Currently serving as Vice President of Debt Advisory in Global Investment Banking at Baird since July 2023, Max previously held multiple positions at Guggenheim Partners, including Vice President, Associate, and Analyst in Capital Structure Advisory from July 2016 to July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Guggenheim Partners in 2015. Max Molinsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, completing the degree in 2016 after graduating from Weston High School in 2012.
