Michael Barina

Michael Barina is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and investment management. Currently, Michael serves as Managing Director at Baird, where Michael has held various leadership positions since March 2014, including Director and Vice President. Prior to this role, Michael worked at J.P. Morgan from July 2010 to March 2014 as M&A Vice President and M&A Associate. Michael began the career at ZS Associates as an Associate Consultant from August 2005 to August 2008. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, attained between 2008 and 2010, and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2005.
