Peter Kies serves as the Managing Director and Head of ECM and Tech & Services Global Investment Banking at Baird, a position held since 1992. Prior to Baird, they were the Director at Equitable from 1990 to 1992 and served as the Assistant to the Secretary of Administration for the State of Wisconsin from 1987 to 1988. Peter earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at the same institution.
