Rodd Langenhagen

Rodd Langenhagen currently serves as Managing Director of Software at Baird and holds a position as a Board Member at the Automotive Titling Company. Previously, Langenhagen was the Managing Director and Head of Global Software Advisory at Greenhill & Co. from August 2021 to April 2024 and co-headed Software Investment Banking at Pacific Crest Securities from May 2012 to July 2021, where the firm was ultimately acquired by a large full-service bank. Langenhagen also served as Managing Director for Software M&A Advisory at Revolution Partners Investment Bankers from 2003 to 2012, contributing to its acquisition success. Earlier in the career, Langenhagen was Principal at Broadview International, a pioneer in international Software M&A Advisory. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSE in Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University.
