Ryan Nesmith

Ryan Nesmith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the banking and capital markets sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Baird since December 2014, Ryan has held various senior roles including Director and Senior Vice President. Prior to this, Ryan worked at RBC Capital Markets from November 2007 to December 2014, where titles included Vice President and Associate. Earlier experience includes a position as VP - Whole Loan Trader and AVP - Subprime Pricing Analyst at Aegis Mortgage Corporation from May 2005 to August 2007. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
