Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has over a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Director at Baird since July 2015, Ryan has also held positions as Vice President and Investment Banking Associate within the company. Prior to Baird, Ryan worked at PNC from February 2011 to May 2015, progressing from Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance to Senior Associate Relationship Manager. Ryan's career began at PNC Capital Markets LLC as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2008 to July 2011. Academically, Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
