Sharon Schmid, QPFC, has over 25 years of experience in retirement plan consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Robert W. Baird & Co since November 1995. In this role, Sharon is responsible for qualified plan product management and collaborates with Financial Advisors to support qualified plans. Prior to this, Sharon worked as a Benefits Analyst at West Allis Memorial Hospital from 1989 to 1994. Educationally, Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources from Marquette University.
