Thomas Fera has over a decade of extensive experience in IT management and support. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager of IT Moves/Adds/Changes at Baird since April 2012, Thomas has held multiple roles within the company, including Vice President of IT Service Desk and IT Service Desk Manager. Prior to joining Baird, Thomas worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Client Services Intern, providing critical technical support for assembly line systems. Thomas began the career as a Desktop Support Technician at Marquette University, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and maintaining server and desktop images. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Marquette University.
