Todd van Gompel

Todd Van Gompel, PE has over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry. Todd started their career at Voith AG as a Project Engineer, where they led a team in designing and developing Papermaking equipment. Their expertise includes designing various equipment such as Headboxes, Fourdriniers, and Dryer Sections. In 2002, they joined Little Rapids Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for rebuilding and installing new converting equipment to improve manufacturing efficiencies. Todd then joined Baisch Engineering Inc. in 2006, initially as a Project Manager, and later became the Vice President and the Executive Technical Lead. Currently, they serve as the President of the company, leading a talented staff on challenging projects for industry-leading clients. Todd remains actively involved in project work as a Project Manager and a Process Engineer. Throughout their career, Todd has gained experience in detailed studies, detailed engineering for new plant installations, and major equipment rebuilds.

Todd Van Gompel, PE received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
