Faisal Meshady

Faisal Meshady currently serves as the Operation Director at Baja since September 2022. Previously, Faisal co-founded a confidential company from April 2021 to August 2022 and held the position of Manufacturing Head at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa from November 2019 to April 2021, where management and development of over 300 employees across various operational zones were key responsibilities. Faisal's extensive experience at PepsiCo spanned from June 2001 to April 2019, where roles included Senior Operation Manager for Gulf & Levant, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Front Line Manager, with a strong focus on improving manufacturing processes and implementing total productive maintenance (TPM) strategies.
