Swapnil Kumar

Swapnil Kumar currently serves as the General Manager of Industrial Relations, Compliance, and Administration at Bajel Projects Ltd since June 2025. Prior to this role, Swapnil held the position of Head of HR and Industrial Relations at KEC International Ltd from March 2013 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Siemens from April 2006 to February 2013, as well as at Honda Siel Power Products Ltd and Hindustan Construction Company in similar roles. Swapnil holds an MBA in HR from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a Master's degree in Labour Laws/Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, both obtained between January 1999 and January 2001.
