Bakai Bank is a universal commercial bank founded as an open join stock company.

The structure of OJSC "Bakai Bank" consist of: headquarter office of a bank, seven branches in Osh, Tokmok, Dzhalal-Abad, Kara-Balta cities and in Bosteri village of the Issyk-Kul region, also network of small saving banksin Biskek, Osh and Tokmok.

OJSC "Bakai Bank" gives a wide range of bank services. Present time, correspondent relationships with many leading world banks and large banks of the Commonwealth of Independent States are established.

Over the years of work the bank has considerably strengthened its position in the financial market and today is an integral part of the financial system of Kyrgyzstan. As a result, the Bakai Bank was recognized as the best bank of Kyrgyzstan three consecutive years on the basis of financial performance for 2002-2004. On the basis of financial performance for 2005 and 2006 it won an honorable 3rd place.
