I offer consultancy in bakery and food industry investment projects around the Baltic Sea area. 

I am a third generation baker and together with my father we have sold a very succesful family business to Finland's leading bakery group, Fazer Bakeries back in 1987. 
Since then I have worked for Fazer Bakeries Ltd in various positions: 
- as Managing Director of our sold bakery
- as Techincal Director of Fazer Bakeries being in charge of various technical investments in Sweden and in Finland
- as Production Director being in charge of all production and R&D of all Fazer Bakeries production units in Finland
- as Project Manager being in charge of various investment projects in Russia, Finland and the Baltic Countries

I am offering my services to both bakeries and equipment and process suppliers.
