Fuad Mehdiyev

Fuad Mehdiyev has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a CTI Engineer at Bakcell since November 2008, where responsibilities include managing Asterisk VoIP systems, developing voice routing strategies for the Genesys Framework, creating IVR applications, and handling both Java backend programming and systems management for Sun Solaris and Linux Red Hat. Prior to this role, Fuad worked as a Warehouseman at Baker Hughes, assembling and setting up oil tools, and as an IT Manager at Azpetrol Ltd., providing technical support. Earlier career positions include Service Department Manager at “Max Computers,” where customer technical support was rendered, and Engineer at the Center of Seismological Surveys of Azerbaijan Republic, focusing on hardware maintenance and seismological data processing. Fuad holds a Master’s degree in Governmental Regulation of Economy from Azerbaijan State Economic University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
