Rustam Samadov

Rustam Samadov is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Service Desk at Azerconnect LLC since February 2017. With a long-standing career at Bakcell that began in September 2005, Rustam has held various roles, including Head of Enterprise IT Support Unit and Head of IT Helpdesk Sub Unit, demonstrating expertise in IT support and helpdesk management. Rustam's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Baku State University and a second higher education degree in Information Technologies and Systems from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
