Bill Hesse

Bill Hesse is currently the Director of Manufacturing at BakeMark USA, a role they have held since the company's separation from CSM Bakery Solutions in 2017. They previously served as a Plant Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions from 2010 to 2017 and have held multiple engineering and management positions in various organizations, including TECSTAR Applied Solar and Motorola Solutions. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as a Petty Officer Third Class Operation Specialist in the US Navy from 1987 to 1992 and owning Sheridan Services for a brief period in 2002. They are currently pursuing education at UC Irvine, Irvine Valley College, Saddleback College, College of Lake County, and the University of Phoenix.
