Katia Taylor

Katia Taylor (Nilsson) currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at BakeMark since August 2023. Previously, Katia held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at A.P. Moller - Maersk from November 2016 to July 2023, and also served in a similar role at Performance Team during the same time frame. Prior experiences include Director of Human Resources at CalOptima, Sr Human Resources Business Partner at AltaMed Health Services, and Human Resources/Safety Director at Packaging Plus. Earlier in the career, Katia held roles in human resources at Del Taco and Behr Process Corporation. Katia earned a BA in Business from the University of La Verne between 2008 and 2010, and attended UC Irvine for additional education.
