Toni Gitter is the Director of Research and Development at BakeMark, leading the North American R&D Team focused on bakery ingredients, particularly fruit-based fillings. Toni has extensive experience in the food industry, having previously held roles such as Quality Assurance Manager and R&D Manager for bakery ingredients. Additionally, Toni served as Chair of the Southern California Institute of Food Technologists (SCIFTS) from 2006 to 2007. Toni earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from California State University, Northridge, in 1991.
