The Operations Team at BakeMark is responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless production, distribution, and supply chain management of the company's extensive range of bakery ingredients and supplies. This involves overseeing the manufacturing processes, optimizing logistics, coordinating regional operations, managing data for operational improvements, and ensuring high standards of quality and service across their 25 branches in the U.S. and Canada.
