Michael Ogan has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Michael began their career as an Investment Management Intern at Brown Brothers Harriman in 2007. Michael then worked as an Analyst and Associate at Huron Consulting Group from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they joined Bake'n Joy Foods, Inc. as a Strategic Development Manager from 2011 to 2012. Michael later returned to Bake'n Joy Foods in 2016 and held multiple positions, including Director of Business Development, Vice President of Operations, Vice President/General Manager, Executive Vice President, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, Ogan worked at Mars as a Consumer Insights Program Manager, Marketing and Strategy Manager, and National Account Manager before returning to Bake'n Joy Foods. Michael also had a brief stint as a Summer Associate at High Start Group in 2013. Overall, Ogan has gained extensive experience in various industries and has shown a progressive career growth.

Michael Ogan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, European Studies, and Finance at Vanderbilt University from 2004 to 2008.
