Chris Schaefer is a highly experienced pilot and business owner with nearly three decades in the aviation industry. Currently a co-owner at Schaefer Consulting, LLC since 2016, Chris also serves as a Captain for Baker Aviation on the Challenger 300 and previously held the same role with REACH Air Medical Services from 2020 to 2023, where they led a team for lifesaving air transport. Chris’s military background includes service as a Standardization Officer and Instructor Pilot in the US Army from 2002 to 2006, where they trained and evaluated aviators, achieving recognition for exceptional performance. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Professional Piloting from Texas A&M University–Central Texas in 2022.
