William Hecox

William Hecox is a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. They served as the State Operations and Training Officer for the Idaho Army National Guard from 2013 to 2015 and held various roles in Garrison Command during that time. Currently, William is a First Officer at Baker Aviation and previously worked as the ARNG Advisor for the Synthetic Training Environment CFT, where they were responsible for the requirements management of next-generation collective trainers. William holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University, showcasing a commitment to personal and organizational goals through effective multitasking and time management.
