Gemma Fox is an experienced Technical Officer at Baker & Baker, responsible for ensuring food safety and compliance with HACCP frameworks. With a background in Quality Analytical Coordination and Specification Technology, Gemma has worked with key clients such as M&S and Starbucks and has extensive experience in new product development, trial management, and auditing. Previous roles include Development Technologist at Premier Foods and various positions at New Ivory, focusing on sauce launches for brand and retail customers. Gemma holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Food, Nutrition, and Health from The University of Huddersfield.
