José Lima possesses extensive experience in the food technology sector, particularly in bakery products development and innovation management. Currently serving as the Head Of Development for Bakery Products at BakerandBaker since April 2020, José previously held various roles at CSM Bakery Solutions, including R&D Manager at the EU Research & Development Centre. José’s career also includes significant positions such as R&D Manager at GRUPO SIRO, Plant Manager at Panike, and R&D Responsible for Frozen Products at CSM, showcasing a robust background in new product development, process innovation, and quality control. José holds a Level IV Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
