BAKER Branding
Paul Lang has extensive experience in the advertising industry. Paul started their career at BBDO in 1978 and worked their way up to become the VP, Associate Creative Director. During their 15+ years at BBDO, they were responsible for various successful advertising campaigns across different media platforms. In 1995, they joined Design Station as a Creative Director and worked there until 1998. Following that, they founded their own advertising agency, UL Advertising, where they served as the Owner until 2004. From 2005 onward, Paul has been working as the Creative Director at BAKER.
Paul Lang attended MCAD from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Advertising, Design, and Photography.

We know how to play by the rules, but we also know how and when to challenge them appropriately.
