Ray Schmid is currently the Health and Safety Manager at Baker Group, overseeing operations at the Advanced Manufacturing Facility and other business units. Previously, Ray worked as a Project Safety Manager and Environmental Coordinator for Kiewit on a project in Alabama. Earlier, Ray gained experience as a Safety Intern with TIC - The Industrial Company during the COVID-19 pandemic and participated in projects for Kiewit/TIC at the Dickinson Renewable Diesel Refinery Expansion. Ray earned a degree from Iowa State University from 2015 to 2020.
