Rob Foreman has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Rob started their career at Busey in 2008, where they worked as a Treasury Analyst, Financial Analyst, Strategic Business Analyst, and Commercial Credit Analyst. Their responsibilities included financial analysis, credit analysis, risk analysis, portfolio analysis, and commercial loan underwriting. In 2016, they joined Walgreens as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing all Medicaid accounts receivable for state plans. Rob supervised an international team and conducted complex financial analysis. In 2018, Rob joined Baker Hill as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in CECL. Rob later took on the role of Business Process Architect and Solution Consultant, where they provided strategic and tactical recommendations to financial institutions. As a Regional Vice President of Sales (Northeast), they led sales presentations and coordinated with sales and account executives. Rob has a strong background in financial analysis, risk management, and sales.

Rob Foreman completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
