Robert Rybkiewicz

Robert Rybkiewicz is an Engineering Department Manager at Baker Hughes, having previously served as a Mechanical & Hydraulics Lead Engineer there from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a designer in the Pipe Handling and Drilling Equipment Department at National Oilwell Varco from 2013 to 2019. Robert holds three degrees from Politechnika Gdańska: an Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Management, all achieved with excellent to very good distinctions.
