Ryan Long

Ryan Long has extensive experience in procurement and planning, currently serving as Buyer III at Baker Hughes since August 2013. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as Buyer/Planner at RL Hudson from August 2010 to August 2013, where responsibilities included reviewing and validating production orders and liaising with domestic and foreign factories regarding delivery and quality. Ryan's earlier experience includes a position as Buyer/Planner at FW Murphy from July 2004 to August 2010, focusing on production planning using just-in-time and material requirements planning systems, as well as assisting in new product development. Ryan also held the position of Expediter, managing overdue purchase orders and generating reports for the materials team. An academic background includes an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a degree in General Business, Management, and MIS from the same institution.
