Tom Freestone is currently the Aftermarket Services Operations Leader at Baker Hughes, where they manage service operations teams across EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient service delivery and revenue growth. Previously, they held various roles at Sulzer, including Operations Manager and Head of Customer Support Services, where they developed processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Tom also served as a Senior Area Operations Manager at National Gas Transmission, and worked as a Tendering Engineer at Brush Turbogenerators, contributing to significant project management successes. They began their career as a Mechanical/Electrical Fitter, completing an advanced apprenticeship and developing key organizational skills in project management.
