Anders Fast attended Uppsala University from 1990 to 1994, where they studied law and business administration, and briefly studied at the University of Copenhagen in 1992. They began their professional career as a law clerk at the District Court of Gotland from 1994 to 1996, before becoming an associate at Baker McKenzie from 1996 to 2000 and at McKinsey & Company from 2000 to 2002. Anders returned to Baker McKenzie and currently serves as a member of the Global Executive Committee from 2023 to 2025, and holds the title of Senior Partner/Advokat.
