Fen Lacerna is a Senior Manager of Recruitment Services at Baker McKenzie, the world's largest international law firm, where they lead the global recruitment process across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. With over 13 years of experience in recruitment, Fen has expertise in consulting, talent branding, project management, and strategic sourcing, aiming to find careers for individuals rather than just jobs. They are passionate about enhancing recruitment processes through technology and Lean Six Sigma principles, while cultivating relationships with diverse stakeholders. Fen began their career as a Trainee at Ayala Property Management Corporation and has held various roles, including Recruitment Consultant at John Clements Consultants, Inc. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Santo Tomas.
