Joe Lance

Joe Lance is a Partner in Baker McKenzie's Transactional group, where they advise clients on corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters with a focus on cross-border transactions. Based in Chicago, Joe has also practiced in Amsterdam and London. Their expertise includes helping multinational companies structure and manage cross-border reorganizations, ensuring compliance with local and international legal requirements. Prior to their current role, Joe worked as an Assistant to a QC Barrister, where they assisted in civil matters under English and Welsh law, and served as a Summer Associate at Baker McKenzie, drafting corporate documents and conducting due diligence. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
