Lawrence Lee is a Partner specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law at Baker McKenzie, where they have worked since 2019. Previously, they served as an M&A Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from 2014 to 2018 and held roles at Coinbase and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
