Marco Eilers

Marco Eilers currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Staff for the Austrian and German offices at Baker McKenzie since May 2019. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of Regional Finance Director at BearingPoint from November 2016 to May 2019, and spent over 13 years at Deloitte Deutschland in various leadership capacities including Director, Head of German Desk, Senior Manager, and Manager. Marco began his career as a Senior Audit Assistant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1998 to 2002. Educational qualifications include Certified Public Accountant and certifications in Wirtschaftsprüfer and Steuerberater, complemented by a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Cologne, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
