Mark Tay

Mark Tay is a legal professional currently serving as a Local Principal at Baker McKenzie Singapore since 2024, after previously working as an Associate at Morrison Foerster from 2020 to 2024. They began their career as an Army Officer (Captain) in the Singapore Army from 2011 to 2013 and later gained experience as an Associate/Trainee at Baker McKenzie from 2018 to 2020. Mark holds a Master’s Degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore. They also excelled academically at Raffles Institution, where they achieved 7 Distinctions in the GCE 'A' Levels.
