Michael Pilo

Michael Pilo is currently a partner at Fenwick & West, where they focus on complex corporate transactions, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors. Their expertise includes representing issuers and investment banks in public and private capital markets deals, as well as providing counsel on securities law compliance and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Michael served as equity capital markets counsel at both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, and held various positions at firms such as Ropes & Gray LLP and McDermott Will & Emery. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
