Simon Dandy

Simon Dandy currently serves as the Director of Legal Technology Solutions at Baker McKenzie since May 2019. Prior to this role, Simon was the VP of Product Evangelism at Litera Microsystems from August 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included building an Evangelist Team and revitalizing the Sales Engineering Team during a major merger. Additionally, Simon held the position of VP of Research & Development at Litera Microsystems, overseeing a team of over 80 across seven countries, and successfully retaining staff after the founder's passing. Earlier in Simon's career, from August 1998 to August 2015, Simon directed US IT operations as the US Director of IT at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advocating for the needs of lawyers to senior IT leadership, and held various roles including Assistant IT Manager, Product Manager, US Systems Analyst, and IT Trainer across several international locations.
