Steven Ng

Steven Ng is an experienced professional in Learning & Development, currently serving as the APAC Regional Head of Leadership & Learning at Baker McKenzie since August 2014, overseeing operations across 17 offices in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Steven held positions such as Head of Learning & Development at Baker McKenzie, where responsibilities included managing L&D for over 1,900 lawyers and employees, and Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on L&D, Talent & Organization, and Change Management. Steven's career also includes roles as Learning & Development Consultant at CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, and Head of Industry Learning at Grant Thornton, LLP, in addition to earlier experience as National Training Leader at CMS.
