Tom Edwards

Tom Edwards is a Partner in the Corporate M&A team at Baker McKenzie, based in London, since July 2020. With a focus on complex cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and private company governance, Tom specializes in the consumer and industrials sectors, as well as investments in the Middle East region. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Senior Corporate Associate at Baker & McKenzie starting in September 2013. Tom holds a legal education from the College of Law in Guildford, completed between 2005 and 2006.
