Baker Planning Group was founded in 2019 by Caroline Baker, MCIP, RPP to provide comprehensive land use planning services in Southwestern Ontario.  

Caroline is a registered professional planner with 14 years of experience in development approvals, policy development and facilitation. Caroline has successfully led the approvals process for a wide range of planning projects in both rural and urban environments. She has been recognized as an expert in the field of planning  before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
